ZTTK Models

Cell models: iPSC + Isogenic control in process

We recently kicked off a project to develop the world's first ZTTK stem cells, specifically Induced Pluripotent Stem or iPS. Once completed, these stem cells will be deposited in biobanks that enable any researcher around the globe to study how ZTTK progresses in any cell type (neurons, immune cells, stomach cells, etc.)

The picture shows our first ZTTK stem cells in green, with other cells in purple. Over the next few months, the team will continue to grow and prune the green stem cells, until we have a critical mass of high-quality stem cells. We hope to have ZTTK stem cells accessible to researchers for the first time late 2024!
