How to Participate in the 5K?

You can join from anywhere in the world! Here’s how you can get involved: 

• Create or Join a Fundraising Team: Form a team with friends, family, neighbors, or coworkers and set a collective fundraising goal. Encourage others to support your efforts with donations.

• Share Your Journey: Every story shared helps raise awareness and support. Use hashtag #CureZTTK to spread the word on social media.

• Complete Your 5K: You can participate in an organized run or walk together, or complete it at your own pace, anytime during ZTTK Awareness Month in September!

• Amplify your Impact: Many companies match donations. Please check your company's giving portal and make every dollar go farther!
