ZTTK Foundation Presents at Rare Disease Day Events

During Rare Disease Month in February 2025, the ZTTK SON-Shine Foundation was represented at two prominent events advocating for innovation in rare disease research and treatment.

At the 10th Annual Rare Disease Day Event — hosted by The Termeer Foundation in collaboration with the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard's Ladders to Cures Scientific Accelerator — the foundation's leadership shared insights on accelerating therapeutic development for ultra-rare conditions like ZTTK.

The team also presented at the 2025 Rare Disease Day Forum at MassBio, a platform that spotlights breakthroughs in rare disease diagnosis and treatment. Both events highlighted the growing role of patient advocacy organizations in driving scientific progress.
