Aiden's Story
Early Childhood“Give him a pool and some Baby Bum songs, and Aiden is the happiest kid in the world.”
Aiden is three and a half years old, and his family describes him as a kid who knows exactly what he loves — water, swimming, music (especially Baby Bum songs), pigs, the alphabet, and numbers.
Living with low muscle tone means Aiden cannot yet walk safely or speak in words, and he receives nutrition through a feeding tube rather than eating by mouth. His days are full: eight hours of school and therapy every day, a schedule that would exhaust most adults.
But Aiden meets it all with a spirit that inspires everyone around him. His family is learning alongside him, discovering new ways to communicate and connect every day.
